Soltis SEO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional search engine optimization and digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility, search performance, and overall digital growth. Services may include, but are not limited to: on-page SEO optimization, technical SEO analysis and implementation, keyword research and SEO strategy development, content optimization recommendations, link-building and authority development, and ongoing monitoring, reporting, and strategic adjustments. All services are performed using commercially reasonable efforts and in accordance with recognized industry best practices. Strategies may evolve as necessary to adapt to market conditions, competition, and search engine updates.
By engaging Soltis SEO and submitting payment, you authorize Soltis SEO to automatically charge your designated payment method every thirty (30) days for the agreed-upon monthly service fee. Billing recurs automatically on a 30-day cycle unless and until either party terminates the agreement. It is the client's responsibility to maintain accurate and valid payment information at all times. Failure of payment processing does not constitute cancellation or termination. Soltis SEO reserves the right to pause or suspend services for declined, failed, or disputed payments. Any outstanding balances remain due for services already rendered.
Soltis SEO offers every partner a three (3) month 50% money-back guarantee. If, within the first three months of engagement, a client is not satisfied with the services provided, and the client has fulfilled all responsibilities outlined in this agreement, the client may request a refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the fees paid during that initial three-month period. To qualify, the client must have:
This guarantee reflects our confidence in our systems and commitment to performance-driven partnerships.
To ensure effective service delivery, the client agrees to:
Soltis SEO shall not be responsible for delays or performance limitations caused by client inaction, restricted access, inaccurate information, or refusal to implement recommended changes.
The client retains full ownership of their domain name, hosting account, branding, website design, and all website content. All work performed by Soltis SEO as part of its services, including landing pages, written content, optimizations, and technical implementations, becomes the property of the client upon creation and payment. If either party terminates this agreement, Soltis SEO will relinquish all access to the client's website and related platforms and will have no further access to the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soltis SEO, including its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided. This includes, without limitation:
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Soltis SEO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all circumstances, the total cumulative liability of Soltis SEO for any claim or dispute shall not exceed five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000), regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation requires a sixty (60) day written notice. Services will continue during the 60-day notice period, and payment obligations remain in effect during that time. Automatic billing will cease after the 60-day notice period has concluded and all outstanding balances have been satisfied. The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered through the effective termination date. Termination does not affect provisions intended to survive termination, including limitation of liability, ownership rights, confidentiality obligations, and dispute resolution procedures.
