Refund & Return Policy — Soltis SEO

At Soltis SEO, we are committed to delivering measurable results and high-quality service for every client. We understand that investing in SEO is a significant decision, which is why we offer a performance-backed guarantee alongside clear cancellation terms.

50% Money-Back Guarantee (First 90 Days)
If, within the first ninety (90) days of your campaign start date, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid during that initial period.

To qualify for this refund, the client must:

• Submit the request in writing via email before the 90-day period ends
• Have fulfilled all responsibilities outlined in the Terms of Service, including providing access, approving implementations, and maintaining communication

Cancellation & Billing Terms
All services operate on a recurring billing cycle and require a sixty (60) day written notice for cancellation, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

• Services and billing will continue during the 60-day notice period
• Payment obligations remain active until the end of the notice period
• Cancellation does not immediately stop billing

If a refund request is submitted within the first 90 days, it will be evaluated based only on the payments made during that initial period and does not waive the required 60-day cancellation notice.

No Refunds After 90 Days
After the initial 90-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable due to the ongoing investment in strategy, labor, and resources required to execute SEO campaigns.

Scope of Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies only to new SEO service agreements with Soltis SEO. It does not apply to:

• Add-on or supplemental services
• One-time consulting or project-based work
• Third-party costs (including but not limited to software, advertising spend, or external services)

By engaging Soltis SEO, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
